New workshops will be added periodically so keep checking this page for the latest information.

How good is your Customer Service ?

A beginner’s guide to customer service for voluntary and community groups. The aim is that by the end of the workshop you will be able to identify where customer service is working well and areas for improvement. Find out the basics of how to get feedback from customers and how to make use of this information in funding bids and marketing. Learn about the Customer First standard and where customer service is relevant to PQASSO (a quality standard specific to voluntary and community groups). Work out what your group needs to do to improve customer service for service users, partner organisations and funders. The session is an introduction to customer service. Experienced workers/ volunteers are welcome to attend and share their knowledge but may prefer to make an appointment for one-to-one advice. Contact Sarah Moss, Bfunded Advisor (Marketing and Promotion) on 01535 665258 or sarah@keighleyvs.org for more information.
