Incommunities (formerly Bradford Community Housing Trust Ltd) is Bradford District's largest provider of social housing with 22,300 properties.
Incommunities offers a range of core services to customers including allocation of properties, rent collection, repairs ordering and completion. In addition, a variety of extra products are offered including shared ownership, support to vulnerable households and the Trust Loyalty scheme that includes the Handyman service.

Includes a review of existing business, mission and objectives of the business and compile a business strategy document.

Performance Monitoring Framework
Compilation of a performance management framework which will include organisational targets from the business plan/mission statement, other source or operational plan.
