About Fit4funding
Fit4funding is committed to ensuring that Third Sector groups and organisations develop the skills and knowledge needed to access and manage funding, in order to provide effective services and activities.
We have a national reputation for providing high quality training and support on organisational development and fundraising. Our members of staff have substantial experience of working in the Bradford area and are skilled in helping groups identify funding and demonstrate the quality of their services and their ability to deliver projects. As a small voluntary organisation ourselves we have additional insights into the issues facing community groups.
When we work with you, our first priority is to understand your organisation. We talk to you about your aims and aspirations and your current stage of development so that our time with you is used effectively. We will then work with you to provide practical and effective plans, systems or strategies which are appropriate for your staff and volunteers, and will give you confidence to face new challenges and opportunities.
Services Supplied
Provision of workshops on Business Planning for Staff and Trustees
Workshops for staff and trustees on good practice in business planning. Workshops will highlight the uses and content of a good business plan help an organisation take the first steps to putting together their own plan. Workshops may involve 1-1 or small group discussions to check whether all share a vision for the organisation and will develop a clear direction for the organisation.
Provision of 1-1 Support and Coaching on Business Planning
Provision of 1-1 support (working with organisations on developing their plan or reviewing existing plans). We will use our business planning toolkit as a framework.
Provision of 1-1 Support on Business Planning
Developing an approach to researching market/locality needs focussing on developing questionnaires and carrying out desk top research.
Provision of Workshops for Staff and/or Trustees on Monitoring and Evaluation
This will provide support for staff and trustees to help them understand the importance of record keeping, monitoring and evaluation in an organisation.
Provision of 1-1 Support on Monitoring and Evaluation
Provision of 1-1 support for organisations (reviewing documentation/effectiveness of current processes and procedures).
Provision of Support on Monitoring and Evaluation
Provision of 1-1 support for organisations (developing new documentation, processes and procedures).
