Assessment of any existing systems, and the design of new systems to fulfil the requirements of public sector funding. Advice on what records need to be kept and for how long, what data needs to be captured and the implications of data protection.
We can provide either independent evaluation for clients to give open and honest feedback on programmes and projects, or we can help clients establish their own systems for ongoing monitoring and evaluation - such as how often to monitor, what to include and how to develop feedback mechanisms for the continuous improvement of services. Where future independent evaluation is required then training can be given on writing evaluation briefs to ensure the service received matches requirements.
